A collective free arts release for the 20th anniversary of Kurt Cobain’s death…

In addition to her extensive and renowned body of work in Rasputina, Melora Creager played cello for Nirvana’s final European tour in 1994. Recognizing the 20th anniversary of the death of her friend and fellow artist Kurt Cobain; Melora thought up a collective free form compilation reflecting on those we’ve lost to suicide, overdose, mental illness, or otherwise—lost.

John Cafiero (Osaka Popstar) has collaborated with Melora Creager contributing a track to her project. The two joined forces for a unique rendering of the Rolling Stones classic tale of addiction, “Mother’s Little Helper”. The track features Melora Creager on lead vocals and cello, with John Cafiero on backing vocals, guitars, keys and percussion.

The Creager/Cafiero collaboration can now be heard in its entirety, in free streaming audio at the Dedication Compilation website. Click Here and scroll to find “Mother’s Little Helper” while pursuing the works contributed to the project by others in various art forms.
